We are looking for a number of Security NVQ Assessors to deliver Security NVQ Level 2 to our client.
This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Security/Cleaning sectors, to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Coaching, assessing and maintaining a case-load of learners, enabling them to achieve their NVQ qualification.
- Maintaining current occupational records
- Monitoring learners in the workplace
- Assisting in the marketing of the company's programmes to potential learners and employers
- Liaising with other Assessors.
We have an excellent dedicated, fun team already in place and would like to find someone who will fit in with this team.
MUST be a qualified NVQ Assessor.
You must hold A/D units along with practical experience of Assessing. Relevant Experience and have the D32/D33 or A1 qualification, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with and support a range of learners.
An occupational background in the Security/Cleaning industry is also important.
