| Description: | The successful applicant would ideally have experience of assessing Cleaning NVQs, however we would welcome applications from any candidate with an A1 award or equivalent, and a vocational competency in cleaning.
This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Cleaning sectors, to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Coaching, assessing and maintaining a case-load of learners, enabling them to achieve their NVQ qualification.
- Maintaining current occupational records
- Monitoring learners in the workplace
- Assisting in the marketing of the company's programmes to potential learners and employers
- Liaising with other Assessors.
We have an excellent dedicated, fun team already in place and would like to find someone who will fit in with this team.
MUST be a qualified NVQ Assessor.
You must hold A/D units along with practical experience of Assessing. Relevant Experience and have the D32/D33 or A1 qualification, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with and support a range of learners.
An occupational background in the Security/Cleaning industry is also important
