This specialist Business and Enterprise College are looking for a teacher of Maths.  The school is based in the Thanet area 25 minutes drive from Canterbury and easily accessible by main road.  They are an excellent non-selective school with around 1200 pupils of which around 140 are in the 6^th form.  Discipline and behaviour at the school are very good as are exam results and ability.

 

The post is for a teacher of Maths to teach KS3 and KS4.  There is also the possibility of some A-Level Maths dependant on the successful candidate.  They will need to be confident teaching students of varying abilities in a dedicated and self-contained Maths department.  The school is well equipped with resources and is rich in ICT facilities.  The department has a strong bank of 8 Maths teachers so support and assistance is on hand where it is needed.
