An excellent independent college in the Thanet area are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Maths and ICT.

The college is set in beautiful 19th century surroundings in a coastal town in East Kent.  With its classical feel, however, comes a modern and state of the art approach to teaching and learning combined with superb ICT facilities across the site.  The college has around 320 students, some of whom board at the school and most of which are of a higher ability.  Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 20 allowing for a good balance between classroom teaching and one to one development.  Behaviour and discipline are described as excellent and the Head Teacher describes the college as a 'friendly community with an excellent Ofsted'.

The college is looking for a teacher of Maths and ICT and are happy to be flexible with the timetable.  An ability to teach KS3 and KS4 in both would be beneficial but not essential.  They offer an excellent mentoring programme for NQT's who will find this as a perfect opportunity to gain experience.

The college is ideally located and access by road and public transport is convenient.  Housing prices in the area are average for those looking to relocate.
