Thamesview School is an 11-16 non-selective Foundation High School.

 

Thamesview is at an exciting time in its development: last summer we produced the best GCSE results which have increased year on year for the last six years, our new £1.2 million Vocational Centre opened in 2006, and together with our college and business partners, is the outstanding vocational hub for other Gravesham Schools and we are in the first wave of the “Building Schools for the Future” programme in Kent.

 

Thamesview School is looking to appoint a creative and imaginative Teacher of Science to join us for September 2008.
 
We are looking for an exceptional Teacher of Science to join this established Science faculty. The faculty can offer a supportive environment and is looking to develop a more collaborative approach of working across the curriculum. The faculty is committed to active teaching and learning for all students and value creative and innovative ways of developing Science within school.
 
If you are passionate about teaching Science and have the ability to inspire and excite students in this subject, we would be interested to hear from you.

 

You must have Qualified Teacher Status within the UK, or an equivalent Overseas Qualification with UK teaching experience.
